with used product leaving some

3. DROP OFF

1. How can I participate in the Vuse Take-Back scheme? expand_more
You can participate by bringing us back your used Vuse Go devices and ePen and ePod pods through the below 4 easy steps. We will use them to try and find more sustainable ways to dispose of them to prevent them from ending up in landfill or being full incinerated. Vuse Go devices and pods are identified as waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) and must not be discarded together with household waste. They should be collected separately for proper treatment and disposal.
Step 1: Pick up a Vuse Collection bag for Vuse Go disposables or Vuse Pods from one of our Drop Stations or by adding it to your next order by clicking here.
Step 2: Fill up the bag with used product using the correct bag and leaving some space to seal the bag. The Vuse Pod Collection Bag fits up to 75 ePen/ePod pods and the Vuse Go Disposables Collection Bag fits up to 30 Vuse Go devices.
Step 3:Drop off the full bag in one of our Drop Off Stations. Click Here to locate one by selecting “Drop Off Station” in the Store Type filter.
Step 4: Sit Back and we’ll use them to try and find a more sustainable way to dispose of them.

2. What Vuse products are accepted within the Vuse Take-Back? expand_more
We accept the following products returned in the correct bags:
- Vuse Go disposables
- Vuse ePod and ePen pods
3. How can I dispose of my used ePod and ePen devices responsibly outside of the Vuse Take-Back programme? expand_more
Vuse devices are identified as waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). WEEE must not be discarded together with household waste and should be collected separately for proper treatment and disposal.
1. You can either drop off your used ePod and/or ePen devices at one of our stores by returning the devices to our staff
2. You can drop off your devices at your nearest authorised WEEE collection point. Click here for more information on WEEE regulations.
4. Should the Vuse pods or Vuse Go disposables be empty in order to include them in the correct collection bags as a part of the Take-Back programme? expand_more
Yes, please ensure your pods and Vuse Go disposables are empty (no eliquid remaining) prior to returning them in the correct collection bag.
5. What happens to Vuse products once they are collected through the Vuse Take-Back Drop-off Stations? expand_more
We will use them to try and find a more sustainable way to dispose of them to prevent them from ending up in landfill or being fully incinerated.
6. How much do the Vuse Collection Bags cost? expand_more
The Vuse Collection Bags are free of charge. You can order one with your next online order or pick one up at one of our Vuse Drop Off Stations.
7. Are Vuse Collection Bags recyclable?expand_more
Yes, Vuse Collection Bags are primarily made from polyethylene film making them recyclable. Vuse Collection Bags filled with the collected Vuse Go disposables or Vuse Pods should be dropped off in the Vuse Drop Off Stations. Once collected by our sustainability partners, the bags will be recycled.
8. Is the Vuse packaging recyclable?expand_more
All of the cardboard packaging is recyclable.
9. What happens with the collected products?expand_more
After you have dropped off your collected products, they will be sent to an aggregation facility. The products will be stored until we have reached the required volume to start testing more sustainable solutions for our products. Once we have collected enough volumes the products will be sent to an approved authorized treatment facility where we will try to find a recycling solution We need your help to reach these volumes so let’s do this together!
10. Does Vuse Take-Back Scheme collect other vaping products?expand_more
The Vuse Take-Back Scheme can only process Vuse ePen/ePod pods and Vuse go devices. The reason is the potential solution is specific for our products as all vapour products have different specifications.
11. What happens if a different vaping device is being put into a Vuse Collection bag?expand_more
Non-Vuse products will be separated and safely disposed of.
12. What do I do if I want to return an ePen/ePod device?expand_more
The Vuse Take-Back Scheme is focusing on the Vuse ePod/ePen pods and Vuse Go devices and if you want to return an ePen/ePod device please either dispose of them in the WEEE council bins for small electronic waste or give it back to a Vuse Inspiration Store.
