Return of used products policy
We are committed to minimising our impact on the environment and adhere to the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations (the WEEE Regulations) in respect of all our Vuse products. Indeed, we have a responsibility as a manufacturer of electronic cigarettes to adhere to these Regulations and play our part in making sure that the number of electrical products sent to landfill sites is reduced.
If you purchase a Vuse e-cigarette or pods from us, you are entitled to return to us any used e-cigarette or pods and we will dispose of them safely and ensure they do not end up in a landfill site.

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations
Products marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol (as displayed below) are identified as waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE).
Such products may contain hazardous materials, components and substances, that present a risk to human health and the environment when not handled correctly at the end of life. They may also contain reusable parts and valuable materials that can be recycled. To conserve natural resources and prevent possible negative impacts on the environment and human health, WEEE must not be discarded together with household waste and should be collected separately for proper treatment and disposal.
